Why Everything Your Trainer Ever Told You Is Wrong!

Yea! 2013 is hear, and I am excited to let everyone know the book I have been working on for years is finally available, and here just in time to help everyone have a great year.

I’ve made some amazing discoveries over the last 30 years of studying with Martial Arts Masters, Fitness Guru’s, Motivational Coaches, and Medical Professionals, including experts in the field of Anti-Aging Medicine. And I’m sharing those discoveries in my book, titled “Why Everything Your Trainer Has Ever Told You Is Wrong”

Now I know the title makes a bold statement, and I stand by it, and I think after you read the book and see how I came to my conclusions you will not only agree, you will be telling your friends about it.

The fact is much of the information used to educate trainers and dietitians today is simply wrong. That’s not just my opinion; it’s a fact that it is supported in medical literature, which is made clear in my book.

Included the book is the complete training guide I developed and have used to help hundreds of people to look good, feel great, have abundant energy, and get back to living a pain free life.

My program has proven to be effective for everyone from professional athletes & celebrities, to housewives and corporate executives.

In 2013 am going to be on a mission to educate as many people as possible about the myths and misinformation surrounding your health and fitness, and to show you how getting in shape can be more fun and easier than you ever imagined.
